Ashley is Managing Partner of Concilium Technology and Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer for CSG, where he plays a central role in driving growth, innovation and long-term capability across the business.
With over 10 years’ experience in the technology recruitment sector, Ashley has built and led high-performing teams supporting some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations. He has extensive experience working in embedded and partnership-led models, operating closely within client environments to deliver scalable, high-quality talent solutions across open-source technologies, fintech, consultancies and high-growth startups.
In parallel, Ashley works as Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer for the wider group. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and embedding emerging technologies, including AI, to future-proof the Group’s operating model. He works across all CSG businesses to simplify practices, improve efficiency and implement scalable, sustainable solutions that deliver lasting impact for clients, candidates and internal teams alike.
