Kirsty Calow

Kirsty is Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for CSG, where she leads group-wide strategy, messaging and market positioning. In this role, she is responsible for shaping how CSG’s businesses are represented externally, ensuring clarity, consistency and differentiation across all brands, sectors and geographies.

Alongside her role at CSG, Kirsty is Managing Partner for Nexa Life Sciences, where she specialises in delivering flexible, tailored staffing solutions across the UK, EU and US, within Life Sciences. Working closely with early-stage organisations, she partners with leadership teams to build high-performing, future-ready teams aligned to both scientific ambition and company culture.
