Her experience spans biologics, antibody engineering, cell and gene therapies and next-generation platforms powered by AI, automation and synthetic biology, ensuring talent strategies are aligned with long-term scientific and commercial objectives.
In her role as Chief Commercial Officer for CSG, Suzanne is responsible for commercial positioning across the group’s recruitment businesses, driving revenue generation, operational performance and client partnership strategy.
